Follow that title by exclamation marks, “1″s, “one”s and end it with a “two”. EA have finally announced the date for Spore, the Sim-Everything game, to be September 7, 2008.

Spore gets some form release hint - again
Some long awaited release details have been hinted at again from Will Wright for his highly anticipated game Spore.
Will has said that the game is about six months away and that they have it feature complete, it’s just all about the balance and testing now. This is quite important, and EA definitely don’t want to mess up this hype-machine.
So in April next year it might finally arrive in the worlds hot little hands, well past expected dates of April/May/September 2007, but on time for the Spring-ish 2008 announcement from earlier this year. I don’t care, I know what Maxis are like when they rush things (looks at Simcity 4 case).
